Hot rolling is the process of rolling steel or steel before the need to heat the material.Generally,it is heated to a temperature above recrystallization before rolling.Iron making → steel making → continuous casting (or die casting) → hot rolling (hot rolling products) → cold rolling (cold rolling products).Cold-rolled steel is steel produced by cold-rolling. Cold rolling is to further thin the steel plate to its target thickness at room temperature. Compared with hot rolled steel plate, cold rolled steel plate thickness is more accurate, and the surface is smooth, beautiful, but also has a variety of superior mechanical properties, especially processing properties.

The product application:

A common material in 304 stainless steel, high temperature 800℃, with good processing performance, high toughness, widely used in industry and furniture decoration industry and food and medical industry. 304 is a universal stainless steel, which is widely used in making equipment and parts that require good comprehensive properties (corrosion resistance and formability).
