Production Process                                                                         

Hot rolling stainless steel plate is the billet of high temperature heating, then rough rolling and fine rolling rolling, the formation of steel plate village. It's hot rolled!Stainless steel plate has good toughness and tensile property. But hot rolled stainless steel plate has a huge disadvantage, is made of stainless steel plate village hardness is not very high, texture is not very hard.Cold rolled stainless steel sheet is a rough hot rolled coil rolled at low temperature. It is often called cold-rolled steel because there is no high temperature processing in the process. Cold-rolled copper has a higher hardness than hot-rolled copper, so cold-rolled stainless steel plates have a hard texture and are not suitable for extensive processing.
