Coalesce-separator Filter Element: Removing impurities & water deeply

There are two filter elements in one group for Cpalescer-separator filter:

Coalescer filter element—mainly congregate the water molecule to make it to a liquid water

Separator Filter element—separate the liquid water from the oil. Liquid water will be expelled.

Coalescing filter is made of a variety of composite materials by the special craft processing and become, with hydrophilic properties, it can not only filter medium mechanical impurities, but also through the demulsification, coalescence, the emulsification state of water separated from the medium, and became larger droplets, facilitate further realize the purification of the medium.

Coalescing filter mainly choose after surface treatment of glass fiber or polyester fiber as the coalescence of medium, the structure of the filter material through the special design, make the filter medium has a good performance of coalescence. The filtering precision can reach 0.1 microns.
