Product Description

YL series stainless steel open impeller pump for press filter machine is horizontal, single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump. It is a kind of ideal pump matched with pressure filter equipment and completely solves the problems of insufficient pressure for press filter machine, easily damaged parts and seal etc. from centrifugal pump and positive displacement pump.

YL Stainless steel pump is used to transfer the corrosive fluids with particles or crystallization matter.

Pump features:

YL pump is designed completely around the working condition and service requirement of the medium transported by the filter press machine. Open Impeller ,back pull out structure, wide channel, not easy to being blocked, anti - crystallization, particle resistance; The sealing adopts advanced mechanical sealing technology from Germany, and the sealing end is made of high-quality hard alloy with good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The connection bracket adopts three imported bearings and connection bracket is long, so the pump runs smoothly, the noise is low, the sealing effect is good, the maintenance is convenient, the service life is long. YL stainless steel pump is suitable to match all kinds of pressure filter machine.

Pump material: 304, 304L,316L, 904L, duplex stainless steel, F46, fluoroplastic alloy, UHMWPE and other materials etc.
