Generally speaking, according to the shape,excavator grab can be divided into two types:clamshell grab(bucket) and orange peel grab.The former consists of two whole bucket composition, the latter by three or more than three jaws composition.

hydraulic orange peel grabs are specially designed for charging and discharging of scrap, waste steel, soil, big stone and so on . this grab also suitable for dredging purposes. The grabs are manufactured of high wear resistant steels. All bearings are heavy-duty and sealed for high performance. The grabs can be executed with a hydraulic rotator for 360° Rotation.  According to the different specific gravity of the material, we can produce standard, light and heavy duty grab buckets.

Using 3D Virtual Design, by Interference Checking, the products can be showed in the stage of design, which can secure the product's quality and outward appearance.

• The hydraulic orange peel grab can be classified into rotary type and non-rotary type according to different requirements.
• The non-rotary hydraulic orange peel grab adopts the oil circuit of the excavator bucket cylinder, without adding other hydraulic valve blocks and pipelines.
• The rotary hydraulic orange peel grab needs to add a set of hydraulic valve blocks and pipelines to control. The cylinder is equipped with a piston protective device.
