The first phase of development includes an area of 180,000 m2,with about 500 staff,including engineers,project technicians and administration personnel.The main production equipments such as NO.5,NO.6,NO 7,NO 8,NO 9 and N0 11chain production lines.Vertical Q.T. furnace and various cutting and tensile testing machines are of the first class.
Aohai advanced flash butt welding and the production is in accordance with ISO9001,GB549,GB/T20848 and the standards of the leading classification societies worldwide.The main products are marine anchor chains and mooring chain with diameter from 17.5mm-162mm.Our annual production capacity is currently around 100,000tons and ecpected to increase dramatically in the following even further investments.
