The whole line includes: bottle feeding, filling, cap feeding, stoppering and capping. It is widely used for

firming toner, cream, lotion, shampoo, detergent materials.

Features

l Apply to fill liquid, toner, cream, lotion, shampoo, detergent and other materials

l Adopts servo system to control the filling volume and accuracy and speed

l Adopts servo control system to control the capping torque and speed

l Adopts two pieces of silicon-lined gripping jaws to avoid the bottle slip and damage

l Use PU belt conveyor for easier cleaning.

l Adopts photoelectric to control the absence of bottles.
