FZYM medium consistency hydraulic pulper adjusts the pulping pressure through hydraulic system to meet the beating requirements of different raw materials. Hydraulic adjustment of grinding interval clearance, flexible and convenient operation, constant pressure beating, grinding disc clearance with instantaneous self-regulation function.

The machine has the advantages of saving water, electricity and improving physical strength of paper. The machine also has self-priming function. The beating concentration of 6%-12% is suitable for beating chemical pulp or grinding semi-chemical pulp with high yield. It can be used not only as beating equipment for pulp after cooking and washing, but also as refining equipment for fine pulp in front of paper machine.
