    CRM900A Common rail injector measurement kits is special device to maintain common rail injector, it is the electronic measuring kits of measuring the common rail injector lift.

    This kits is divided into two parts:  instrument and support. The instrument adopts touch screen, it also can be operated by mouse. It can be used as the injector measuring and  maintain system, also can be used as injector actuator to drive injector working.  

Feature: 

1.  10.4 '' touch screen display, the shell is small and light.

2.   The dial gauge use Eee brand, accuracy is 0.001mm, measured data accurate.

3.   The screen display the measured data in real time, and the data can be recorded.

4.   Each test has clear testing process and method, and it also has the exploded view to show installation site of every shim and other parts.

5.   It can calculate the thickness of the adjusting shims automatically according to the range of lift.

6.   It is equipped with adapter to test the lift of every part of injector.

7.   The support can be fixed on the bench clamp, also can be fixed on the workbench.

8.   The bracket of dial gauge can be raised and declined. 

²      Test the first,  second generation of BOSCH,DENSO injector, as well as DELPHI inector.

²      Test the thickness of adjusting shims.

²      Test injector nozzle valve lift, nozzle spring force lift, armature lift, solenoid valve spring force lift, solenoid valve residual air gap.

²      Record the data of adjusting shims and lift, then calculate the thickness of the adjusting shims automatically.

²      The actuator can control the injection of injector according to set parameter, can realize multi-injection and single injection.
