Product Features:

This product is structured flame retardant polyester polyol. The polyurethane produced with this product has the following characteristics:

1. By optimizing the molecular structure, the product has significantly improved the heat resistance stability and flame retardant performance of the product. The PIR type flame retardant hard foam formed by reaction with the product as the main raw material has an oxygen index of more than 30%;

2. It can be dissolved with each component in the combined polyether, and the combined material is not easy to be layered;

3. This product improves the dimensional stability and curing performance of foam;

4. Easy to mix with isocyanate and other compounds, resulting in uniform and fine polyurethane foam pores with low thermal conductivity;

To use:

Mainly used in the production of flame retardant polyurethane rigid foam, B1, B2 grade thermal insulation pipe insulation pipe construction sandwich board and spraying composite materials.

Typical performance:

Appearance: light yellow to brown transparent liquid around 25℃.

Acid value, mgKOH/g ≤2.0

Moisture, % ≤0.20

Viscosity, mpa.s. @25℃ 4000 ~ 9000

Storage:

This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated place with water and steam. The recommended storage temperature is 15-35℃. The storage period of the original package product is 6 months.Overdue storage, after the inspection, can be used normally.

This product does not belong to the dangerous chemical, according to the general cargo storage transportation.
