Application of Gengli machinery wet concrete shotcrete machine
GYP-90 hydraulic wet spraying machine is using the thrust of the hydraulic pump to make the two cylinder reciprocating, the dense flow material will be sent to the mixing pipe by conveying pipe,it becomes thin flow by compressed air ,then through the pipe to the nozzle.Add a certain proportion of the accelerator to the nozzle then spray directly to the surface. GYP-90 hydraulic wet spraying machine is widely used in construction of highway, railway, tunnel and hydropower station etc.

Performance Features
1. High work efficiency: adopting hydraulic pumping system with high reliability and stable conveying capacity. It can be used in constructions such as guniting, filling, grouting, pumping etc.
2. Continuous and adjustable spraying: the variable piston pump is adopted as the main oil pump, whose spraying speed can be adjusted freely (the maximum regulating variable switchover times is no more than 16 times/ min).
3. Continuous and adjustable feeding for the accelerating agent: it can be adjusted infinitely according to the spraying amount.
4. Long service-life quick-wear parts: the service-life of the quick-wear parts for the machine is not less than 4000M3.
5. The self-lubricating system: the main sealing parts adopt automatic lubrication, grease filling amount and filling time can be controlled automatically, which greatly prolongs the service life of the quick-wear parts.
6. Humanized design: adopting the drive-by-wire handle, easy for operation.

In general, 30%T/T prepayment before production, 70% T/T balance payment against copy of B/L
L/C is also accepted
