1. Injector Classification 

(1) Needle Type Electromagnetic Injector

During injection, the armature drives the needle valve to rise about 0.1mm from its seating surface, and the fuel is ejected from the precise clearance In order to fully atomize the fuel, a section of injection shaft needle is ground out at the front end of the needle valve. The suction and drop time of the injector is about 1 ~ 1.5ms.

(2) Ball Valve Type Electromagnetic Injector

The ball valve has the advantages of light needle weight, large spring preload and wider dynamic flow range. The ball valve has the function of automatic centering and good sealing. At the same time, the ball valve simplifies the structure of the metering part and helps to improve the accuracy of the fuel injection quantity.

(3) Solenoid Injector

The combination of light weight valve plate and orifice valve seat with magnetic optimized injector assembly makes the injector not only have large dynamic flow range, but also have strong anti blocking ability.

(4) Fuel Injector For Lower Oil Inlet 

With the bottom oil supply mode, the fuel can flow out from the upper part of the injector through the inner cavity of the injector around the valve seat area, and the cooling effect of the metering part of the injector is very obvious, so it can effectively prevent the generation of air resistance and improve the reliability of the hot start of the vehicle.

In addition, the injector with bottom injection can save the main fuel pipe and reduce the cost.

2. Injector Composition

The injector is mainly composed of filter screen, wire harness connector, solenoid coil, return spring, armature and needle valve. The needle valve and armature are made into one. The lower part of the needle valve of the needle type injector has a needle extending into the nozzle.
