Working Principle

First of all, the material enters the hollow shaft spiral of the material by the feeding device and uniformly enters the first bin of the mill. There is a ladder lining plate or corrugated lining plate in the bin, which is equipped with steel balls of different specifications. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the steel balls to a certain height and then they fall down, which has a heavy impact and grinding effect on the material.After the material reaches the first coarse grinding, the cement ball mill enters the second warehouse through the single layer compartment plate.
