Concrete mixing station slurry/sewage treatment
After the concrete mixer truck transports the concrete, the inside of the mixing drum is usually washed with water to prevent the hardened concrete from occupying space, so that the volume of the mixing drum is getting smaller and smaller. The ceramic filter can efficiently treat the sewage in the process of cleaning the mixing drum, To achieve solid-liquid separation of sewage, the separated solids can be used as raw materials for low-quality cement, and liquid water can be recycled as a source of production water.
The advantages of ceramic filters are as follows:
First, the power consumption is low, the power is only 12-20KW per hour, and the energy consumption is low.
Second, the filtered material is dry, the moisture content is about 10%, and the product has no loss, reaches 100% recovery.
Third, fully automatic control, can achieve one person to guard multiple devices or directly access the control center to achieve unattended.
Fourth, the liquid produced by the equipment is clear as pure water, and can be used directly as a production water source, which can achieve 90% water source recovery, greatly reducing the water consumption of the factory.
