Working Principle

Materials go into PCL sand maker from the feeding inlet and are divided into two parts by separator. One part go into the speedy impeller and is sped up to hundreds of times the speed of gravitational acceleration and is cast away at the speed of 60-70 m/s from three evenly-distributed runners of the impeller. First, part of materials that fall free from all around the separator are crushed and then are pushed to the settled layer inside the cavity.
