Electric bag composite dust collector is a new type of energy saving and high efficiency dust collector with two kinds of dust collecting mechanism, organic integrated electrostatic precipitator and filter dust collector. The main structure of electric bag composite dust remover into two parts:

A, front stage electric field, including anode and cathode, rapping mechanism, high and low voltage power supply device, etc..

B, post stage cloth bag, filter bag cage device, ash cleaning system, lifting valve, pressure differential pressure and temperature detection device, pre ash coating device, bypass system, control equipment.

In the pre stage electrostatic precipitator, under the high voltage electric field, the ion is charged by the ionization of the gas, the dust (the electrostatic precipitator requires the inlet humidity ≤ 10%), and the electrode is moved to the polar opposite electrode under the action of the electric field force, thus being arrested and collected. Due to good flue gas conditioning (temperature, pressure, humidity and other factors), the pre stage electrostatic precipitator can effectively remove more than 80% of dust.
