Rice straw production line technology composition

1. Mixer: mix the rice flour separately or with some additives, add a certain amount of water and stir it evenly.

2. Feeding machine: the motor is used for power screw conveying to transfer the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient feeding.

3. Extruder: there is a special control cabinet, which can extrude rice particles under high pressure, adjust the process and change the mold to produce rice particles of different shapes.
