1.1  High efficiency heat pump dryer

  The high temperature heat pump dryer is based on the reverse Carnot principle, absorbs the free heat in the air and transfers it to the drying warehouse, so as to improve the temperature of the drying room and achieve the drying of materials with the corresponding dehumidification and dehumidification equipment. Heat pump dryer consists of compressor - heat exchanger (internal machine) - throttle - heat absorber (external machine) - compressor and other devices to form a refrigerant cycle system. The refrigerant circulates in the system under the action of the compressor. It completes the process of gaseous pressure rising and temperature rising in the compressor (the temperature is up to 100 C). It enters the internal machine and releases high temperature heat to heat the air in the drying room. At the same time, it is cooled and transformed into a flowing liquid. When it runs to the external machine, the liquid evaporates quickly and absorbs heat again. Secondary conversion to gaseous state, while the temperature drops to minus 20 30 C, then the air around the heat absorber will continuously transfer heat to the refrigerant. The continuous circulation of refrigerant can carry the heat in the air to the air temperature in the heating room of the drying room to achieve the purpose of drying materials.

1.2 Composition of Heat Pump Drying System

1. Host (Heating System): Use little input of electricity to absorb free heat in the air and use it to dry materials.

2. Drying room: used to place materials, and heat preservation to avoid heat loss.

3. Circulating air system: bring heat to every corner of the drying room to raise the temperature of the drying room, and take away the water evaporated from the material.

4. Dehumidification system (drying system): The high humidity water in the drying room is discharged to achieve the purpose of drying.

5. Waste heat recovery system: There are three ways of waste heat recovery in the drying system, which minimizes the loss of heat and has high efficiency.

6. Drainage system: Condensate water is discharged outdoors to avoid increasing the humidity of indoor air.

7. Programmable Intelligent Control System: According to the most suitable drying process curve, automatically adjust temperature and humidity, drying time, intelligent operation.
