Skeleton TC Oil Seal Overview
1 - TC skeleton oil seal is a rubber-covered double lip seal with self-tightening spring.
2 - TC double lip skeleton oil seal is oil resistant, high temperature resistant, acid and alkali resistant, and is often used for sealing of lubricating oil, grease, water and other media.
3 - The material is mainly NBR, FKM, which is made of rubber and metal. Installed on the oil seal seat and move relative to the rotary shaft.
4 - The function of the TC skeleton oil seal is generally to isolate the parts of the transmission parts that need to be lubricated from the output parts, so as not to let the lubricating oil leak.
5 - For gasoline engine crankshafts, diesel engine crankshafts, gearboxes, differential boxes, shock absorbers, engines, etc.
Temperature: 1) Nitrile: extreme temperature -40~120℃, long-term operating temperature -20~100℃.
2) FKM: extreme temperature -40~240℃, long-term operating temperature -20~200℃.
Colors: Black, green, brown or customized.
Tips: 1) The skeleton acts like a reinforcing bar inside the concrete member, which acts as a reinforcement and allows the oil seal to maintain shape and tension.
2) The secondary lip of the double-headed skeleton oil seal acts as a dustproof to prevent external dust and impurities from entering the machine interior.
3) The oil seal is mounted in a small position and the smaller axial dimensions make the machine more flexible.
4) The sealing function of the oil seal is good and the service life is long. It has certain adaptability to the vibration of the machine and the eccentricity of the spindle.
