YUANFENG RUBBER JOINT PRODUCTION PROCESS

STEP1. Strictly cintrol the raw materials. Each batch of raw materials is tested by qualified laboratory technicians and entered the factory. Professional rubber compounding personnel are proportioned according to the requirements

STEP2. After the ingredients are finished, they are sent to the rubber mixing workshop and pressed into a synthetic rubber sheet by a rubber mixer.

STEP3. Each rubber joint tire type is sent to the vulcanization workshop after passing the inspection, and the staff puts the tire type into the mold. reduce the shock
