Switching power adapter aging car VR-192FLA-HW

VR-192FLA-HW special aging car for switching power supply is mainly used for general aging test of general switching power charger and adapter (semi-finished product). All the load bodies adopt power tube consumptive electronic load to ensure its stability and adjustability. The aging car belt computer operating system can be set by PC to start and stop its work, and record relevant data for statistical analysis.

3. The aging car is divided into 7 layers, and the trolley is divided into aging area and load area. The product placement area is about 300mm wide.Input adopts multi-purpose socket, output interface includes 5.5*2.5, fast clip interface, with LED indicator；

4.Monitoring function: adopt PC control, can set the aging technical parameters of each layer,monitor the output voltage value of the tested products, and automatically judge the aging good products.

 5.Timing function: aging time can be set in the range of 0.1-99h, automatic timing function.

 6.Aging quantity: single channel DC products under 75W can aging 196PCS at the same time, and single channel output products under 150W in parallel(CC) can aging 98PCS at the same time.

7.Input power supply: Optional power distribution cabinet control.

8.Constant temperature function: 40MM or so space is reserved for aging car product storage area.Double-open toughened glass door can be installed to realize panoramic operation；The temperature monitoring part detects the temperature in the furnace. When the temperature exceeds the set value, the exhaust fan does not work. When the temperature exceeds the limit, turn on the exhaust fan do discharge heat from the furnace to the outside world.
