Weihua RTG Crane Ship Loading

RTG crane is rubber tire gantry crane mainly used to handle containers or other stuff such as steel pipe at port terminal, container yard or other outdoor yard. Instead of traveling on rails, RTG crane has tire group as traveling mechanism. The tires allow the crane to travel at any directions.

This RTG crane adopts multi-lifting point, and tires is able to rotate 20°, 45°, 90° with hydraulic transmission. It adopts Stepless speed change for crane traveling and lifting mechanism. This crane is equipped with safe instructor, and overload protector for ensuring safety of operator and machine. All moves of mechanisms are controlled by CAN-BUS. 

Features of RTG Crane:

1. Modular design with good versatility, all parts is detachable, convenient for transport and shorten lead time;

2. Shot blasting pretreatment of steel plate with surface quality reaching level Sa2.5;

3. Web plate is cut by CNC cutting machine with smooth and precise chamber degree;

6. Advance Painting equipment for anti-erosion of sea salty water and air;

7. Overload limiter, showing loading number to operator, preventing from overload;

9. High quality motor and reducer from Germany, electrics adopts Schneider, Siemens and ABB etc. electric box protection degree not less than IP54;
