The whole sunflower oil extraction machine () contains three workshops: sunflower seed oil pretreatment and pressing machine, sunflower seed oil solvent extraction machine and sunflower seed oil refining machine. You can purchase a single sunflower oil press machine or build your own sunflower oil processing plant (/product/Sunflower_oil_production/sunflower_oil_production_line_26.html) of whole line.

Sunflower oil pretreatment machine and oil presser

The  simple processing of oil pretreatment includes pressing, high  temperature pressing, cold pressing (less than 70 degrees) etc.

1.  Formal oil pressing can adopt one time or twice pressing of oil seeds.  It is applicable for low capacity required oil processing oil plant. 
2.  High capacity oil seeds pretreatment and oil pressing equipped with oil  extraction treatment, is used in high capacity and large-scale oil  pressing plant, or high oil content oilseeds processing plant. 
3.  Oil prepressing can get up 70% oil fat of embryo, and residual oil  inside pre-pressed cake can be extracted by organic solvent.

Sunflower oil solvent extraction plant and working process

Requirements for extraction cake, steam, water, electricity etc:

1. Moisture of extraction material: 5-8%;

2. Temperature of extraction material: 50-55°C;

3. Oil content of extraction material:14-18%;

4. Thickness of extraction cake: less than 13mm;

5. Powder porosity of extraction material: less than 15% (30 mesh);

6. Steam: more than 0.6Mpa;

7. Solvent: national standard No. 6 solvent oil;

8. Electric power: 50HZ 3*380V±10%

    Electric lighting: 50HZ 220V ±10%;

9. Tempreture of supplement water: less than 25°C,

    Hardness: less than 10.

10. Volume of supplement water: 1-2m/t raw material;

11. Temperature of recycle water: less than 32°C.

Main Process of sunflower oil refinery plant:

Crude oil → degumming and deacidification→ decolorization →deodorization → refined oil

1. Degumming and deacidification: The gumming is moved by phosphoric acid and hot water. There are two ways to move the acid in the crude cooking oil. 

2. Decolorization: This step is used to adjust the color of the oil. You can control the color of the cooking oil according to the requirement of your market.

3. Deodorization: The function of this step is to move the special smell in the oil.This is an important standard for refined cooking oil.
