Product Description

D, DG multistage centrifugal pump

D,DG multistage centrifugal pump is horizontal multi - stage centrifugal pump. D,DG multistage centrifugal pump is suitable for the delivery of clean water (with impurity mass less than 1%.Particle size less than 0.1 mm) and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.

D multistage centrifugal pump is used for the medium with temperature less than 80degree Celsius and suitable for mine drainage, oilfield water injection, factory and urban water supply, drainage and other occasions. Oil field injection pump uses different materials according to the corrosive medium. DG multistage centrifugal pump is used for medium with temperature less than 105 degree Celsius and suitable for all kinds of boiler feed water.

Structure description:

D, DG type pump is mainly composed of stator, rotor, bearing and shaft seal four major parts:

The stator part is mainly composed of the suction section, the middle section, the discharge section and the guide vane, etc. The tension bolts clamp each section and constitute the work room. D type pump is generally for horizontal suction, vertical upward discharge; Used for oil field water injection, pump inlet and outlet are vertical upward. DG type pump and inlet are vertical upward.

The rotor part is mainly composed of shaft, impeller, balance disk and shaft sleeve. The axial force is balanced by the balance plate.

The bearing is mainly composed of the bearing body, the bearing and the bearing gland. The bearing is lubricated with grease or thin oil.

The shaft seal adopts soft packing seal, which is mainly composed of seal body, packing and water retaining ring on the inlet section and tail cover. Type D pump water seal water from the pump pressure water. DG pump water seal comes from external water supply.

The drive pump is driven directly by the prime mover through an elastic coupling. From the prime mover end to see the pump, pump clockwise rotation
