Bottom loading arms are provided with 5x or 6x swivel joints and 1x balancing system (spring cylinder). In order to keep the connection pipe horizontal, they can equip with a large number of accessories. Depending on the requirements involved, the design can vary from standard solution to tailor made.

Balancing design concept is to make the Loading arms balanced in any position so that minimum

weight borne by the operator is achieved. The advance spring balancing could compensate for the operation forces working on one end of the arm. The maintenance free balance cylinder is designed for applications which demand less space and can be combined with hydraulic or pneumatic operation. MARIMO spring cylinders with multiple compression spring packages can be adjusted to meet changes in operating conditions.
