XYD-3 crawler drilling rig adopts mw525 type automobile gearbox assembly, Yunnei 490 automobile powertrain, with 10 speed series and reasonable speed regulation range, large torque and strong bearing capacity, which can realize remote control shifting. Convenient operation. With the crawler chassis, the leg cylinder can be loaded automatically with a stroke of 1.5m, which is convenient for relocation and transportation. It has a hydraulic pressure feeding mechanism to improve drilling efficiency. It is equipped with a bottom pressure gauge to indicate the pressure, which is convenient for grasping the inside of the hole. It has a normally closed hydraulic chuck for easy and flexible operation. Independent operation of the vertical shaft and the hoist can be realized. The vertical shaft through hole has a large diameter and can be replaced with a large hexagonal active drill pipe.
