Function & structure :
The induction heating equipment for pipe is mainly used in the high frequency straight seam welded pipe production line. The Solid state high frequency welder machine
adopts AC-DC-AC frequency conversion structure, the rectifier adopts three-phase 6-pulse thyristor rectification, IGBT DC chopping, or three-phase 12-pulse thyristor
rectification; the inverter uses high-voltage and high-power MOSFET to form a full-bridge resonant inverter. The inverter output uses high-efficiency ferrite matching
transformer to complete power synthesis, impedance matching and electrical isolation; the resonant tank circuit uses secondary side series resonance.

Features of advanced high frequency induction welder :

 Perfect structure design

1. The rectifying cabinet and the inverter output cabinet are independently designed and connected by optial fibers, which is convenient for the user to lay out on site.

2. The rectifier uses DC chopping to ensure the power factor of the grid side is ≥0.92, and the harmonic content is relatively minimum. The 12-pulse thyristor 
rectification* can eliminate the 5th and 7th harmonics of the grid side, and the harmonic current of the grid side is the smallest.

3. The inverter bridge uses power unit superposition to complete power synthesis. Each MOSFET power unit is designed to be 50kW/100kW/150kW. 
The power units are designed as slide-type drawer structures for easy installation and maintenance.

4. High frequency induction welder with high standard electromagnetic compatibility design, electromagnetic radiation meets national standards.

5. Closed chassis design to meet the demanding environment requirements of users.

Full digital control system

1. The three-phase rectifier adopts cost-effective single-chip control to achieve accurate synchronous triggering, high control precision, and small 
non-characteristic subharmonics on the network side.

2. The resonant inverter adopts  advanced technology to form a full digital control system, which automatically sets the angle, has high phase locking precision and
wide phase locking range.

3. The HF welder has an electronic automatic load matching function, which has strong load adaptability, high electric efficiency and high power factor.
