Enclosure structure
1 this laboratory adopts the combined and assembled insulation storage board structure, which will directly constitute a closed working space.All materials are of high quality and made according to the absolutely reliable quality assurance standard.According to user requirements of the studio size, pre-production.All the key parts are strictly controlled, saving from complicated maintenance in the future.In order to extend the service life of the equipment, the outer wall material of the insulation board is made of cold-rolled steel plate with double-sided surface spraying, the color is white, the inner wall material is high-quality SUS304 stainless steel board, and the inner layer is filled with glass and rock wool insulation material with a thickness of 100mm, which has special heat insulation performance, so that the operating cost of the laboratory is significantly reduced compared with other materials.
2. In order to ensure a relatively stable wind speed, air circulation is planned to be carried out in the form of air supply by air conditioning cabinet, which is relatively uniform in air supply and good in temperature uniformity of the whole studio.
Room 3 is equipped with observation window of electrically heated membrane anti-fog insulating glass, and indoor anti-high temperature lamp, providing illumination for observation.
The door of room 4 has a size of 1500*2000 two-way door and is sealed with double layers of high and low temperature resistant silica gel sealing strip.
5. An air treatment and adjustment cabinet is set at the back of the studio, during which electric heater, circulating fan, fan volute and other equipment are installed.

Heating, humidification and refrigeration systems
1. The heater adopts nickel-chromium wire electric heater with porcelain frame, which has small thermal inertia and long service life.By the instrument output controllable pulse duty ratio PID signal, through the solid state relay to control, control smooth, reliable.
2. Bitzer semi-closed refrigeration compressor is used for refrigeration compressor.Other refrigerating components are imported from RANCO, SPORLAN, ALFALAVAL, DANFOSS and CASTEL.Use R404A environmental friendly refrigerant.
3. In order to ensure the safe operation of the system, high voltage control, overpressure, overload and other protection systems are set in the system.High pressure gauge monitoring system is set at high pressure end.
4. Cooling capacity adjustment adopts shunt method.

Control system
1. Control system: genuine LCD touch type temperature and humidity controller, and international brand electrical components constitute electrical control system.

7. Real-time display of running time, number of segments, remaining time and repetition times of the program;Test data can be displayed, including setting temperature, measured temperature, total running time, segment running time, segment remaining time, heating state, calendar time, etc.Humidity can be directly displayed digitally.
When setting up the program, the Chinese name of the program can be written to facilitate searching.
When the fault occurs, the LCD touch screen of the controller can display the fault number, and the user can easily find the cause of the fault according to the fault number.

The control system is equipped with safety protection measures, including: blower overload protection, overtemperature protection, power failure protection, etc.When any of the protection functions are realized, the operation panel will display the alarm number on the LCD display screen to inform the user of the fault and cut off the main circuit power. The device can only be started after the fault is removed.
16. The control system is equipped with a convenient operation panel. Besides the operation keys for power supply and lighting, other operations only need to be set in the controller.
