Cypcut fscut system can be used to cut flat sheet metals and some round tubes as well, it's the most widely used control board for fiber laser cutting machines.To cut square tubes or special tubes, there are also other version control board to use. Work together with Cypcut cutting software, it can realize multiple functions such as layout, focus control, round cutting, etc. It's easy to operate and a good choice for fiber laser cutting.

Q: How to Install fscut? 
A: After receive our fscut, we will offer technical solutions for machine assembling and parameters adjusting.

Q: How to operate the fscut? is training necessary?
A: The cutting machine is mainly controlled by software. It's not very complicated. Before shipment, we will provide user guidance of fscut. Generally speaking, an operator, who is not familiar with fiber laser cutting machine before can operate it well after our training. According to customers' requests, we can send our technicians to customer' plant for machine training or customers can come to our plant for machine training if needed. 

Q: In case the fscut exists problem, how to do after sales service? 
A: We provide two years warranty for each fscut. During the two-year warranty, in case fscut exists problem, we will ask customer to send fscut to us for examination on it and then we send back to customer after repair. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service. 

Q: What's package?
A: For each fscut, we have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt plywood case. In the middle, the fscut is covered by foam, to protect the fscut from shaking. For the inside layer, the 1kw fiber laser source is covered by waterproof plastic bag. 

Q: What's delivery time? 
A: Generally speaking, lead time is 5-7 working days after receive the payment. 

Q: Can we add a protection cover? 
A: Yes, we can add a protection cover if you need. We can customize the design as customers' requests.
