Sihai Iron Printing and Tin Making Co., Ltd. is specialized in manufacturing and selling iron printing, tin and tinplate, which was established in 1998. The company covers 55000m², and its factory is divided into manufacturing section, office and leisure section. We have now two lines of automatic wire cutter with annual productivity around 20,000 tons; import printing equipments with four printing lines and two blotted lines with annual output of above 16 million sheets; eight production lines of aerosol cans with annual output of 300 million pieces; and 13 full-automatic numerical control production lines for top-bottom cap to produce above 300 million pieces annually. All products are manufactured in accordance with GB 3042-2008 standards and managed according to ISO9001: 2015 quality system. To achieve qualification rate at 100% for our output products, we have high standard material selection, top-ranking equipment and strict procedure control.

  1 Can you offer me some metal cans and aluminum cans?

Sorry our company manufacture only metal tin cans, aluminum cans are not available now. Thank you.

2 Besides the cans, I also need to get some relative products, like cups, valves and buttons, can you help me with this?

No problem, we can offer the whole series of empty can set, including the valves, cups or OEM carton packing. Thank you.

3 I am in China now, Can I visit your factory?

We welcome your visit to our factory, it is in Zengcheng City, Guangzhou city, which takes an hour from Guangzhou to our factory. Thank you.

4 I need you to send me some samples, can you offer them?

Yeah, we can offer samples for free. Just if you need your own logo onside the printing, it will lead to some fees, the fees will be returned once you place the order. Thank you.

5 I need some pressure cans, can you offer me them? Also do you have some cans with internal lacquer?

Yeah, we can offer pressure cans for diam.45mm, 52mm, 60mm and 65mm. Among them, we can offer internal lacquer service for diam.52 and 65mm.Thank you.

6 I ordered the cans from another supplier, now the leakage issue is rather terrible.

I am going find another supplier, how can you control the quality issue?

We will suggest you could try the internal lacquer cans, and give a test to sample cans before the order. In production process, we strictly stick to the technical standard, and fully test each can before shipping them out.  If something unexpected happened, we will give the sample cans a complete test and analyze the data, offer you a writing report to sort out the reason. 7  I need the cans of 300mm, can you make them for us? 

We can offer you 300mm height for φ65 size cans. If you need other diameters with same height, we need to offer ODM service, this needs large quantity. Thank you.
