IB94 is a self-lubricating copper sleeve processed by ZQAl9-4 copper alloy as matrix and inlaid with graphite solid lubricating material.

This structure combines the characteristics of copper alloys and lubricating materials, and can be used in situations where it is difficult to form oil film lubrication and when conditions cannot be added and lubricants cannot be added. The lubricating material contained in the matrix generally penetrates the inner and outer diameters of the bearing. During the operation and use of the equipment, the solid lubricating material rubs against the shaft by friction, the lubricating material and the lubricating oil continuously ooze out, and oil and powder are formed between the inner wall of the bearing and the shaft. The excellent conditions of lubrication not only protect the shaft from wear, but also make the solid lubrication characteristics last forever. Can be used in low-speed heavy-duty inconvenient maintenance, no oil supply conditions, and can be used between zero temperature and zero above 300 °C. It has the characteristics of high hardness, large load, corrosion resistance and low friction coefficient. With the finished CNC machine tools, there are almost no restrictions on the number and size. Products are generally used in applications where it is not possible to refuel in order to avoid contamination or to refuel in a closed structure; reciprocating, rocking motion, frequent starting, braking at low speed and heavy load, short distance sliding, and difficulty in forming lubricating oil film in water or corrosive liquids.
