What is the heat pump dryer

Heat pump dryer,infact is use of the heat pump technology applying into drying. A Heat pump dryer is the use of reverse carnot principle, absorbing outdoor hot air and transferring them into the drying room, to realize the temperature of drying room, cooperate with relevant equipment to realize the material drying.The heat pump dryer main parts including compressor, heat exchanger , choke, heat absorber - compressor unit constitute a circulation system, etc.Under the action of refrigerant in the compressor circulating in the system.It made within the compressor gas booster heating process (temperature up to 100 ℃), heat release it into the machine-- high temperature heating drying room air, while being cooled and translated into flow liquid when it runs to the outside machine, rapid heat evaporating liquid into a gas again, at the same time, the temperature dropped to minus 30 ℃, 20 ℃, the air surrounding the heat absorber will continue to transfer heat to the refrigerant.The refrigerant cycle is constantly realize heat from the air transport to the drying room heating the air inside the room temperature.  

What is the working priciple for PHNIX drying machine:

1. The heat pump dryer evaporator absorbs heat from external environment(air) or recovers the heat remained in the drying process.
2.The heat will go through the compressor, and the energy is moved (transgerred) to drying box.
3.The heat will be released through the condenser in the drying box, and the hot air in the box will bw repeatedly heated while absorbing moisture in materials and lowering temperature and humidifying itself.
4. After the process of hot-air dewatering or condensed water removal the moisture in materials vents, and finally realizes the continuous dry of materials.

How to drying lemon by heat pump dryer

Step 1: Select high-quality lemon, carefully clean it, there are saline water cleaning method, soda water cleaning method or ultrasonic cleaning method, and so on. The main purpose is to remove pesticide residues or wax.

Step 2: Slice the lemon into 4 mm slices. Pay attention to the uniformity of thickness and the error should not exceed (+1 mm). In addition, the lemon seeds should be removed to avoid affecting the drying quality and the taste.

Step 3: Put the lemon slices on the ventilated tray tidily, avoid stacking, first use natural wind and light to remove part of the moisture from the lemon slices. Transfer the air-dried lemon slices for one day to the air-powered lemon drying room. Set the temperature of the dryer to the range of 40-50 C. The moisture of the lemon slices should evaporates and discharges slowly during the process of low temperature drying. The drying process lasts for about 12-13 hours.

Step 4: Set the shelf trolley in lemon slices in the drying chamber, or set up a special moisture regain room, and put the shelf trolley in the room to wait for the moisture return. At this time, the surface is dry. The main reason is that lemon slices are seriously deformed under hot air drying process, and the surface of the slice is oxidized and formed a dense protective layer, which is not conducive to the continuous evaporation . When placed for a period of time, the water in the lemon slices migrates to the surface of the lemon slices and its become soft. You can feel the surface is become wet by hand, then push it into the drying room again for secondary drying and re-baking.
