1 year warranty for the whole machine, not including the man-made damage or damaged by wrong operation or changing the inside constructure without our engineer's permission. During the warranty time, we would send the spare parts for repair but the spare parts that provided together with the bulk production can not be sent for free again.

A: We warmly welcome you come to visit us at Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province. You can take the airplane to Shanghai, then take the fast train for 50 minute to Hangzhou railway station,
we can pick you up at the railway station. If you fly to Hangzhou directly, we can pick you up at the airport.
