Machine function:

It is used for connecting auto screw fastening between two workpiece by self-tapping screw, especially used for auto screw fastening between plastic material and reinforced steel lining.

Machine features:

1. Can automatically finish connecting profile with steel lining by treading foot valve, no need drill holes.

2. Easy operation, only one worker can operate, greatly enhanced economic and working efficiency

3. Adopts overload protection high torque electro-motor, avoid the problem of machine instability caused by high air consumption when using air motor. Tapping screw fails, motor automatically overload protection.

4. Automatically apply to profile height, no need adjustment when changing different profiles.

5. Rapid screw pop out design, can rapidly make screw coming out when meet failed tapping screw.

6. Screw tapping rapidly changing device, only need 10 seconds.

7. Double side roller conveyor design, can feed material from left and right.
