The ship has to be booked one-week before, and shipping time is usually longer, please be patient.

A:Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and send us your high pixel LOGO.

Q7: How to deal with the broken?
A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality, we must test it before we sending out each machine.
Secondly, we will buy an Insurance for any CIF product to make sure the lift safty in shipping.

If any parts broken, you can tell us, we have one year warranty and free send you a new spare parts and we supply technical supporting all the times.
