Q: When can we arrange shipment?
We usually arrange shipment in 15 days after getting deposit, but customized machines should be more than 25 days.

Q: This is my first time using this kind of machine, is it easy to operate?

We will send you the English version user manual and install video which shows how to assamble and use the machine clearly, almost all the customers can operate the machine easily.
