IGV22 insulating glass line is mainly used for producing hollow glass. Equipped with self-diagnose system, it can easily check errors. This vertical insulating glass production line can identify low-e glass and coating glass automatically. Therefore, it can automatically protect the glass from scratching. This insulating glass line also adopts OMRON brand PLC and proximity switch imported from Japan, which ensures high precision and steady working. Servo driver and servo motor imported from Japan YASAKWA can control glass combining precisely. Besides, this vertical insulating glass production line adopts inverter control transmission motor. It can easily slow down and accelerate.

Service

1. Parker provides one year guarantee time. During the warranty period, we supply free repair for vertical insulating glass production lines. But for some wearing parts, such as milling cutter, saw blade, electromagnetic valve, belt and chain, the express fee should be paid by the buyer.

2. We try our best to deal with any question about our insulating glass lines.

3. If our customers need our company to send engineers to test vertical insulating glass production lines and to train their workers, they should pay for our engineers' round trip tickets, board and lodging during testing and teaching, and subsidy USD 40 per day.
