Aluminum CNC Machining Center
DMCC82 high-speed drilling-milling processing center is equipped with SCHNEIDER brand servo motor control system, ensuring high quality. Equipped with professional CAM processing software and intuitive programming system, this CNC profile machining center enables easy visualization of complex processing. This curtain wall drilling-milling processing center is designed for processing mounting hole, launder, lock hole and screw on various curtain wall profiles made of aluminum, light alloy or UPVC
Feature
1.It is used for window-door, curtain wall, aluminum profile, rail transportation, refrigeration components, bathroom hardware, ship building and ship repair, aluminum bronze accessories, industrial aluminum, nonferrous metal and light section steel structure and other processing for drilling, milling and other list of processing.
2.Can process the circular tube.
3.Ball screw from ABBA, electric main shaft imported for Italy keep high precision.
4.Automatic cooling system uses the brand GreenTek. Use plant oil to spray. an hour.
5.Automatic lubrication system, lubricate once half to make the machine working with high efficiency.
6.The full set is servo motor control system, and use Schneider brand, technique can make sure quality. Equipped with professional CAM Processing software and intuitive programming system enables easy visualization of complex processing.
7.Designed the moving work table for material, and moving box.
8.The list of processing about drilling, milling, tapping into one clamping.
9.The body is welding by steel tube with high quality and is processed by scratch push, so it is stability and strong steel.
10.Using large-capacity tool magazine turret from Taiwan enhanced the efficiency of automatic tool changing. The max diameter is 16mm, the min diameter is 4mm, it could process the profile of 20mm.
11.Power of continuing function, the machine can go on processing when the power is get through. Linked speed(processing, interpolation) can get to 1200mm/min
12.It is equipped with lock tool apron, which makes it convenient to change the cutters.
13.The cutters adopt Accue-Lube which is semi-open type cooling system in America. This is EHS.
14.There is safe photo electricity protection screen in the front of the machine, equipped with the location of machine head detection, the location of operators detection to insure the safe of operators.
