sensor and PLC control with touching screen human computer interface, easy to operate, and can self diagnosis
the equipment's fault with high degree of automation
2.Composed of vertical glass conveyor, vertical glass washing and drying machine, vertical glass inspection
conveyor,Aluminum frame positioning section, vertical flat press lamination machine and Tilting Table
3.Automatic recognition of coated glass and Low E glass,which ensure correct piece together
4.The washing and drying machine adopts bearing without oil lubricant and other corrosion resistant materials.Three
pairs of soft brushes to avoid damage to coating layer. Frequency conversion control for brushes rotatory speed.

5.The plate press part can be opened in large journey to max. 500mm, that easy to maintenance.The design of the
plate inside and outside Type A ( inside vacuum float,back air-float ) makes the glass pieces once completed. the
