1.Product Description

1).Brief introduction

RDJ-B HOT MELT MACHINE is designed for the hot melt of insulating glass with aluminum spacer. It is of the second generation of equipment with the same model. It is small and light, easy to operate and repair and has stable control over temperature. Operation can be carried out after preheating of half an hour.

2).Installation and Trial Run

No special conditions are required except that the operation site is kept clean.

Make sure the power be connected correctly in accordance with the requirements.

Put the designated rubber block in the rubber box, set the temperature (reference degree being 150°C-170°C) and preheat it for about 30 minutes.

When the set temperatures of the rubber and rubber pipe have been satisfied, triggering the rubber gun can extrude the hot melt.

Besides you buy the basic vertical production line, you also need to add some accesary machines, such as Butyl extruder machine, two component coating machine, alu-spacer cutting saw, glass adge polishing machine etc.
