Machine body adopts welded tube which makes whole machine very stable. Application of synchron ous belt convey system, PLC control system, imported electrical spare parts, stepping motor and LC D makes it much convenient and stable. Upper & bottom cutter can work at same time, which ensure s high conformity and easy breaking after cutting.

Processing:        

Set cutting size ( move block to the location where needs to be cut, then fix it )----loade glass to bloc k location---operate cutters ( press “ start” button on LCD )---move glass to lever location---start cyli nder to clamp glass ---start lever ---startlever button which is under cylinder ( both sides of laminate d glass hasbeen broken)----heat glass ( select heating temperature according to thickness of PVB fil m )
