2. Specification

Each product will be carefully packed with plastic film package,to make sure it will be arrived safety.

If choose wooden package,After inspection the goods are packed in plastic film package and then carefully packed in wooden cartons.

1. Q : When you can arrange the shipment ?

     A : We usually arrange the shipment in 10 days after we got the deposite . If the order is customized , we had to defered in 25 days.

2. Q : What's your plan when the machine failure ?

    A : We can send you the accessery by mail for free in the term of service .Or we can send our engineers .

1). We will provide all spare parts needed for maintenance of the equipments.

2). During the period of guarantee, within 1 years (12 months), the seller we will be responsible for the damage due to the defects in designing and manufacturing.

3).If you need installation, please inform us, we can send engineer to your factory to install and test machines for you.
