Because of CBN grinding wheel and the water cooling system, teeth grinding or opening can be done in a complete circle(due to no adjustment during the grinding process, the saw blade grinding quality is ensured.)
Easy to operate( blade diameter, tooth pitch, tooth depth, anterior horn, posterior horn be set before grinding), personnel with minimal training can do the work.
Posterior horn fine-turning device and tooth pitch adjustment system can be used to adjust the angle of posterior horn.
Grinding speed reducer and frequency converter can be adjusted step less free, convenient and flexible(suitable grinding speed can be adjusted according to the thickness of balde and tooth pitch).
