Introduction:

HK-3160SZ automatic acid value analyzer is designed according to GB/T 7599-1987 "Transformer oil, turbine oil acid value determination method (BTB method)", mainly used for the determination of transformer oil, turbine oil acid value. The instrument adopts embedded system control and large-scale touch screen display. Chinese and English menus are available. The electric, optical, mechanical and chemical integrated automatic design, automatic measurement, automatic printing, can continuously measure 1 to 6 cups of oil samples as needed. It completely replaces the manual operation, improves work efficiency, reduces the labor intensity of the workers, minimizes the harm to the human body caused by organic solvents and chemicals, and the instrument is simple in operation, convenient in use, strong in anti-interference ability, and stable and reliable. It can meet the needs of oil refineries, power plants and scientific research units and is one of the essential instruments for oil analysis and quality inspection.

Each time a fixed volume of extraction solution is injected, then a sample of known mass is added. After stirring and extraction, titration is performed with 0.02-0.05 mol/L ethanol solution of potassium hydroxide until the solution changes from yellow to blue-green (BTB indication The agent is blue in the alkaline solution, and the endpoint color is blue-green due to the coloration of the test oil. The acid value of the sample can be calculated by recording the milliliters of potassium hydroxide ethanol solution consumed.

6.Automatic temperature control can be enabled at low temperatures. The internal temperature of the instrument is maintained at a constant temperature of 30°C to ensure that the instrument is measuring properly.
