Introduction:
ZR-1005 filter cartridge collection efficiency and resistance tester is a special equipment for detecting the comprehensive performance of environmental sampling filter (filter cartridge) and fixed pollution source filter (filter cartridge). It can sample and filter ambient air particles and fixed pollution sources. The filtration efficiency/capture efficiency of the membrane (filter cartridge) is detected, and the sampling resistance of the membrane (filter cartridge) can be detected.

Features:
1. Equipped with a special salt aerosol generator and an oil aerosol generator, which can generate aerosols with specific particle size requirements and concentrations; 2. Equipped with multi-series special fixtures, suitable for the detection of various filter membranes (filter cartridges); 3. Built-in high-life photometer module, the sampling time is accumulated, prompting the light path cleaning; 4. The filtration efficiency/capture efficiency and sampling resistance module are designed by the whole machine and can be tested separately; 5. Automatically control the occurrence of salt aerosol and oil aerosol, automatically calculate the collection efficiency and sampling resistance, and reduce human intervention; 6. Aerosols are leak-free and highly personnel-protected; 7. Large-screen color high-brightness touch screen for easy operation; 8. The test data can be exported via USB flash drive or printed by a Bluetooth printer. |
