Introduction

The server enables the on-site user to find out whether the pH value of the desulfurization alkaline solution is up to standard. At the same time, the EPA can monitor the pH value of the desulfurization alkali solution of each boiler flue gas treatment system in real time and effectively monitor the operation condition of the desulfurization and dust removal device, thus To achieve the purpose of supervision, and the investment operation cost is very low, very easy to promote the use. Has been successfully used for boiler emission reduction system operation monitoring (EPB monitoring, pollution control enterprise self-monitoring, etc.).

The wet desulfurization of coal-fired boiler waste gas is a commonly used exhaust gas emission reduction technology for small and medium-sized coal-fired boilers. The principle is that the sulfur dioxide in the exhaust gas of coal-fired boilers reacts with alkaline circulating water (hereinafter referred to as lye) and neutralizes the reaction to achieve desulfurization. And the purpose of denitrification, while the alkaline solution can also remove the smoke, so that the flue gas purification, can reduce the coal-fired boiler pollutant emissions of more than 90%. In order to ensure stable absorption of sulfur dioxide by the alkali solution, alkali should be added in time to ensure that the pH of the alkali solution is ≥9.
