Introduction
The vacuum apparatus is used to measure air pressure by utilizing the phenomena of heat conductivity. It is composed of resistance gauge, power supply system, measuring circuit, V/F converter and SCM.
Power supply system is used to supply power to the resistance gauge and keep the resistance wire at constant temperature. As heat loss is varying depending on the pressure of the air even if the resistance of the gauge is constant, the higher the pressure, the more heat will be transmitted, with automatic compensation of the power supply system, the temperature of the resistance wire is kept constant, therefore the pressure of the air can be obtained by measuring the change of the supply voltage, which will be displayed in the form of exponent.

With three groups of pressure control normal open/ normal close relay contact to preset users’ setting (Refer to 4.2 for the setting in detail)
