 Introduction:

VTC-100PA vacuum rotary film coating machine is suitable for surface coating process, such as semiconductor, crystal, optical disc, plate making and so on. This machine can be used for the preparation of strong acid, strong alkali film coating solution.

Features:  

1, vacuum adsorption method of fixed sample, simple operation.  

2, use the positioning tool samples can be easily put in center position, in order to reduce the vibration caused by eccentric or fly.  

3, according to the sample specification can with different suction cups, simple and easy to change.

4, is equipped with 12 groups of procedures, each group contains six operation stage.  

5, motor start fast and stable, can ensure the consistency and uniformity of coating thickness.
