Brief introduction

MSK-AFA-III small casting automatic coating and drying machine is widely used in all kinds of studies on high temperature coating, such as ceramic thin films, crystal thin film, the thin film solar cell materials, special nanometer thin films to meet under the condition of high temperature in the future the development of membrane technology. The machine can be driven by a uniform speed to achieve a smooth and uniform coating effect. Vacuum adsorption is used to fix the substrate, so that the substrate in the coating process is not wrinkled, which makes the coating more smoothly. After coating, the upper cover of the heating and drying of thin film, temperature control precision is + 1 DEG C.
