Introduction:

The Scientz-32 fully automatic homogenizer is designed for rapid development of food safety and biomedical applications and rapid sample processing. The equipment is widely used in the field of pre-treatment such as agricultural and livestock products, meat and egg milk, pesticides in feed or veterinary drug residues.

Scientz-32 automatic homogenizer is a multi-channel homogenizer. The electronic speed control controls the micro-high-speed motor to drive the 316 stainless steel inner and outer plum-type crushing knives. The fixed rotor configuration is subjected to high-speed rotation of the in-cutting tool to homogenize, emulsify and crush various substances. Processing up to 32 samples at a time improves sample preparation efficiency. This is an effortless and cost-effective innovation for laboratories that process multiple samples per day. Excellent sample throughput, lowest sample retention, fastest sample homogenization speed and highest safety.

The instrument is compact in design, high-speed silent motor, noise less than 60 decibels, detachable internal cutting tool, easy to disinfect.

Homogenization enhancement:

The rotary tray is rotated along with the cutter head from the homogenization position to the cleaning position to reduce the possibility of cross contamination.

Instrument safety:

The instrument has automatic protection function. If the actual speed is too different from the set speed (when it is too slow or too fast), the instrument will automatically stop and alarm; when the sample is overloaded or the motor is overheated, the temperature will rise automatically. Adjust and alarm to improve the safety of the experiment
